Fightergalla 13 RAW: Jaroslav Poborský vs. Nicolas Dalby

In the first exchange Poborský dropped down and got a hold of Dalbys leg. Poborský utilized impressive wrestling to get Nicolas Dalby to the ground and stay on top for several minutes. Dalby did a good job fighting of his back and managed to get into guard and set up a triangle choke.
Soon after Dalby managed to kick Poborský away and they got to their feet. Dalby was far superior standing up where Poborský was mostly looking for another oppertunity to take him down. After sending a high kick straight into the shoulder of Poborský, Dalby hit tagged Poborský with a looping right hand. Poborský was clearly rocked and spent the rest of the round holding on.

Second round started out with some good punches and then Poborský took it to the mat. Dalby got in a sweep ending up in mount and threw some fierce elbows. Those elbows seemed to be enough for Poborský who quickly scrambled to his feet.
Been pressed up against the cage Dalby delivered several knees to the head and when Poborský backed up Dalby charged and rotated Poborský 180 degrees with at right hand. The Czech showed what a great chin he had at quickly recovered and scrambled to his feet(taking a few hits on the way up).
Standing up again Dalby dominated Poborský chasing him around the cage. Then Poborský threw a spinning back elbow sending Dalby to his knees. Dalby quickly got a hold of opponent but allowed him to get a guillotine choke in. The Choke was really in tight but Dalby fought his way out receiving a cheer from the crowd

In the beginning of the third round Dalby gave out a taste of the sharpshooter kicking, unfortunately none of the kicks hit their target. Then a right hand sent Poborský running and when Dalby chased him Poborský went for a takedown which was quickly reversed and Dalby got his back, where dalby mixed it up with punches, elbows and knees. Poborský rolled over and spent the next two minutes with Dalby in his guard hitting him with elbows and punches until dalby chose to stand up.
Dalby dominated the last one and a half minute of the fight avoiding two takedown attempts both times ending up in mount, which was where the fight ended.

Nicolas Dalby won a unanimous decision, in probably the best fight i have seen on Danish soil.
